Terms of Business

If you buy any goods from this website, the purchase is governed by UK law, as are these terms. The seller of the goods is Albion Prints Limited, a registered UK company whose trading address is 31a Brook Hill, Clowne, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S43 4RP. Registered office 2 Ashgate Road Chesterfield S40 4AA. VAT number 151 6959 88. Company number 08302290. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.


Albion Prints warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description stated for them on this website. The default currency for our prices is quoted in UK Pounds sterling with the option to change this to any major currency. This can be done by selecting from the drop down menu located at the top left of our home page.

We accept most major credit & debit cards and bank transfers. We do not store or record any credit/debit card details these details are held securely by Worldpay or PayPal. Goods will not be posted if order is not paid in full including postage and packaging charges.  

Cancellation Policy

We give you the right to cancel your order without giving a reason as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. The cancellation period begins on the day after the day on which you receive the goods and ends on the expiry of 7 working days. This is described as the cooling off period. You may be charged for the cost of returning the goods to us if you cannot present them in person. But all other monies are refunded including the initial cost of shipping the goods to you. Where you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation date. This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Delivery Prices & Timescale

The cost of delivery for all purchases is £2.50 with an option on the checkout page to select insured and tracked post at a cost of £7.00. These postage costs will only be charged once per transaction even on multiple purchases. We will endeavour to post items within 2 working days of full payment being received. This will be confirmed by email to the email address you have provided us with. Items that aren’t bulky and have a value of less than £100 will all be dispatched via Royal Mail, as such, different countries have different delivery times. Approximate expected delivery within the UK should be 2 to 4 working days, mainland Europe should be within 7 to 10 working days, USA, South America. Canada and Australia should be 10-14 working days. All other countries can be approximated from the above postal zones or you can contact us with any specific enquiries regarding delivery times. Proof of posting is obtained in every instance and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses by any postal service. What we can offer is a fully traceable insured postal service to any country and will require payment for what it costs us. We will NOT charge for any materials or labour costs involved in making your items safe to post. We use top quality materials and most items where suitable will be posted rolled in strong mailing tubes unless you explicitly tell us otherwise.

Returns (please contact us first)

Albion Prints always ensures that customers are satisfied with their purchases and service. Any goods that are bought from the website that are damaged in transit can be returned to Albion Prints, unused, with receipt, for a full refund. If for any other reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods then please contact us as soon as possible before you return them. Depending on the circumstances we will endeavour to provide you with either a full refund or a replacement piece of similar quality and price. Our policy is designed to reflect the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) which establishes that consumers are allowed a reasonable opportunity to establish that the goods are in conformity with the contract. This means that in certain circumstances the packaging will have been opened, and possibly even discarded. Where it is reasonable for a consumer to have taken such action, the goods will not be returned in an "unused" condition.


We have an effective system for handling complaints. Our complaints procedure is easy to use and confidential. Once you make a complaint we do the following:

· Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days

· Advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint (we endeavor to resolve all complaints within five working days)

· Keep you informed throughout the process
